Welcome to Vegas Precision Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website 2lvpc.com, booking, or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Vegas Precision Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental (including Airbnb) cleaning services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. All services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.
Services are limited to standard cleaning tasks as described at the time of booking. We do not provide biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest removal, hoarding cleanup, or hazardous material handling unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
2. Independent Contractors
Cleaning services may be performed by independent contractors. These contractors are not employees of Vegas Precision Cleaning. The Company coordinates services but does not control the methods or manner of work beyond quality standards.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments may be booked online or through approved booking platforms.
Clients must provide accurate property size, condition, access instructions, and service details at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, refuse service, or reschedule if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
4. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is displayed during booking and based on the information provided.
Final pricing may change due to excessive dirt, clutter, pet hair, undisclosed rooms, or additional requests.
Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of service.
Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancellation and rescheduling timeframes are disclosed at booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
Failure to provide access at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, weather, staffing issues, or unsafe conditions.
6. Access, Utilities & Property Conditions
Clients must ensure:
Safe and timely access to the property
Functioning utilities (water, electricity)
Pets are secured or disclosed in advance
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or unsecured pets.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
If approved, we may offer a re-clean of the affected areas.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.
Re-cleans do not apply to areas that were inaccessible or altered after service.
8. Damages, Breakage & Claims
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Improperly installed, fragile, or unsecured items
Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items discovered after service.
9. Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Disclaimer
For short-term rental properties:
We are not responsible for guest damage, missing items, or pre-existing issues.
Turnover cleanings are not inspections.
Photo documentation may be taken for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
10. Health, Safety & Biohazards
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, including but not limited to:
Human or animal waste
Blood or bodily fluids
Needles or hazardous materials
Additional fees may apply if service proceeds under special conditions.
11. Use of Photos & Media
By booking services, clients grant permission for non-identifying photos or videos of cleaned areas to be used for quality control, training, or marketing unless written notice is provided prior to service.
12. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on 2lvpc.com is the property of Vegas Precision Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
13. Privacy
Use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and used.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Precision Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
